Image generation ignores prompts - Nano Banana always generates same image

Bug Description

The Nano Banana model ignores all prompts and only generates the same woman image repeatedly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Image Studio in the app or web version
2. Enter a prompt: "A person sitting by a window in late afternoon, looking at a laptop, warm sunlight, photorealistic"
3. Click the Generate button
4. The same woman image is generated regardless of the prompt

Environment

• Windows 11
• Open Generative AI 2.0.0
• Nano Banana model
• Muapi Sandbox API Key

Test Results

• App: Prompts ignored (tested with both Korean and English)
• Web: 'fetch' encoding error + prompts ignored
• After clearing cache completely and regenerating API key, the issue persists

Expected Behavior

Different images should be generated based on different prompts

Actual Behavior

Only the same woman image is generated regardless of the prompt content
