Boost Microphone Volume, lower upper bound of jitter buffer

Could we add these settings perchance? It would be great if the mic gain could be user adjustable in the app, same for the speaker gain.

jitter_buffer_max_size = 120
[sound] mic_gain_db=6

This likely also needs to be changed in the provisioning file as well.
