Failing to create GUI

I'm selecting the PDF-to-PDF solution, then when that builds, I'm selecting the Step 2 - Frontend UI - and it seems like it almost completes, but then fails. Seems like maybe it's trying to access or create folders and having mismatched names. I see three folders in s3 that were created:

cdkbackendstack-cognitotrails3a01d959a-cyuky47hzlqr,
pdfaccessibility-pdfaccessibilitybucket149b7021e-uqonl4hapequ

Uploading a pdf into the pdfaccessibility, at this time, does nothing~

I also tried rebuilding and then not doing the Frontend UI. That didn't create any new buckets, and when I upload a PDF to that bucket, seemingly nothing happens.

Instructions a little unclear- inside the pdfaccessibility bucket, is there supposed to be a sub folder called PDF? If so that never gets created.

Not really sure what to do at this stage. With the no frontend gui it completes, but nothing happens when uploading a PDF?

I skipped trying to get the GUI to work... and just got it built without the GUI for PDF to PDF.

I upload a pdf to the pdfaccessability folder and... nothing happens. I don't see a temp folder, or a result folder, and I'm not sure what to look for in CloudWatch or how to get any sort of statuses whether it be errors, success, etc.

So I'm not sure how to further troubleshoot this, could anyone advise?
